Student Life Married Status
Married students make up a portion of the student body at ABC and bring with them a level of maturity that serves as a good example to our single students. Affordable housing is available in the Rockhampton area, along with employment opportunities that allow the married student to attend classes and yet provide for their family needs.
Children of married students are able to take advantage of a wonderful Christian education by attending LighthouseChristian School, and the spouse of a full-time student is also eligible to receive free college tuition.
Wives of married students have regular fellowships on campus. Ladies' fellowships, Adult Bible classes for couples, and college activities help the married students to feel a part of the Australian Baptist College family during their time here in training.
